This is a tough subject. Everyone thinks they are the “best” negotiator. I have a friend that will remain nameless. I called a dealer that had a robins eggshell blue Ford Bronco sport, it was what “they wanted” color and all! It was ugly! It was 3000.00 dollars less than the number they came to me with!
He called 5 more dealers used my number and saved an additional 200.00 dollars and drove 150 miles to the dealer!
Now he didn’t get eggshell blue! Listen, I want you happy! This guy didn’t get what he wanted, but did he really out negotiate me? He thought so!
